About the Wayne County Clerk of Courts Office
Scott Wiggam is proudly serving his first term as Wayne County Clerk of Courts. In this role, Scott oversees the administration, human resources, and operations of both the Common Pleas and Municipal Court clerkships, as well as the Title Offices in Wooster and Orrville.
A veteran of the United States Air Force, Scott served four years of active duty and was honored with an Air Force Commendation Medal for meritorious service. After his service, he and his wife, Katie (Cochran), chose Wayne County as the place to raise their three children.
Scott holds a bachelor's degree from Asbury University and a master's degree from the University of Akron. His career in public service began in 2004 when he was elected Wayne County Commissioner.
As Wayne County Clerk of Courts, Scott Wiggam leverages his extensive experience in public service to advance the office's mission of efficiency, integrity, and justice.
