Information
Wayne County Clerk of Courts receives and maintains all records for the Ninth District Court of Appeals cases filed in Wayne County. The Ninth District Court of Appeals also covers Medina, Wayne, and Lorain Counties, and appeals for those counties are filed with their respective Clerks of Courts. The majority of Appeals cases are the result of a petitioner asking the Court to review a final appealable order from the original trial court.
